Thank you. Yip 2020 hasn't been a great year for many people. But can only get better now.

Yes here... was at Martin's went out at first as was before lockdown. Then lockdown and had to shield and my leg started giving me problems. Got worse and worse and ended up in hospital twice. Stood outside his door etc a few times. But technically first time walked to village yip. So you can imagine how delighted I was to get out, the rain didn't bother me at all.

If you do pop into Rashos, nice wee cafe. I highly recommend it. Turns out I have osterarthis in the knee. Goodness knows why they told me a possible blood clot. First flare up. Extremely difficult to walk and on crutches. Once it is over will be walking and on my exercise bike alot more. Not letting it get me down.

Ditto. I don't know how this happened but for the last 2 weeks I have been hobbling around in pain. Pulled liagments/ got arthritis or pulled something inside my leg. My right leg. I think it is liagments. It will be fine whatever, just annoying. Your walking pole has proved it's weight in gold many times over. And bonus too... I haven't fallen! Btw it is ok when I am sitting etc.

I haven't been this heavy in years. And don't intend to be like this again. Once I put my mind to it, loosing the wgt I won't have a problem.

Still in lockdown. But can't wait for our photo walks again. Also for me being able to walk anywhere I want too each day. Also start loosing all this weight I put on. All walks lead to the kitchen at the moment.
