I haven't been this heavy in years. And don't intend to be like this again. Once I put my mind to it, loosing the wgt I won't have a problem.

10 times around the block before breakfast (porridge, no buttered or jam toast), a workout before lunch (salad and a yoghurt), 10 times around the block followed by pushups for 10 minutes before dinner (more salad) and another 10 times around the block and a cup of tea (no sugar) as a treat.

Ditto. I don't know how this happened but for the last 2 weeks I have been hobbling around in pain. Pulled liagments/  got arthritis or pulled something inside my leg. My right leg. I think it is liagments. It will be fine whatever, just annoying. Your walking pole has proved it's weight in gold many times over. And bonus too... I haven't fallen! Btw it is ok when I am sitting etc.

Not falling over is a big life improvement. Glad you quit that. I mean really :clap2:I guess you had better sit a lot until your leg stops hurting then :yes:
